Provincial’s Message
Today, we cannot imagine life without media, especially internet and social media. The Society of Jesus is in a new era of communication in service of the mission. While addressing the Roman Curia Communication Team, Fr. Arturo Sosa, General of the Society of Jesus, said that Communication is in the Jesuit DNA; it was “almost an obsession” for St. Ignatius and it has been a key principle for the Society of Jesus since its foundation. Website is a medium, an important form of communication. It is a medium to convey specific and helpful information to a specific user/audience so that the reader learns something new and understands the subject better. As the Madhya Pradesh Province launches its website, it intends to follow the path showed by GC 36 that the Society of Jesus, and more specially the Madhya Pradesh Province can benefit much from a better communication system. Through the website MP Province intends to share information that will help it accomplish the mission entrusted to it by the Society of Jesus and the Church.

To show the way to God through the Spiritual Exercises and Discernment; we devote ourselves to form and deepen the faith life, based on Gospel values, of our men and women today with God-experience and Ignatian Discernment through the Spiritual Exercises.
SHOWING THE WAY TO GOD
To collaborate in the care of our Common Home; we resolve to nurture, protect and preserve jal- jangal-jamin (water-forest-land) and create a green-life culture.
To walk with the poor, the outcasts of the world. Those whose dignity has been violated, in a mission of reconciliation and justice; we commit ourselves to assert, protect, preserve and promote all the natural and constitutional rights of tribals, dalits and other marginalized communities.
WALKING WITH THE EXCLUDED
We affirm the historical transformation of our people through education and re-commit ourselves to provide inclusive value- based and skill-driven quality education in the spirit of Ignatian tradition in our education apostolate.
To accompany the young in the creation of a hope-filled future; and we dedicate ourselves to accompany our youth and animate them to become self-reliant, and men and women for others towards integral transformation.
