The Ranchi CRI unit organized a workshop for formators and superiors from 2nd to 8th July 2023 at Manresa house in Ranchi. The theme of the workshop was “Integral Formation: Faith Formation, Spiritual and Personal Growth.” A team from Lonawala facilitated the workshop. Fr. Nirmal Minj and Fr. Dilip Soreng attended the program.
The workshop was a great opportunity for the participants to learn about integral formation and how to implement it in their own work. The team from Lonawala did a great job of facilitating the workshop and the participants found it to be very informative and helpful.
The participants are grateful to Fr. Provincial for giving them the opportunity to attend such a productive program. They are confident that the skills and knowledge they gained will help them to be more effective formators and superiors.
